We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery.
Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett) – Mandatory for Norwegian/EEA Customers In accordance with Norwegian law (Angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (this is your statutory cooling-off period for distance sales).
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return under statutory angrerett:
- The item must be unused/unworn, in the same condition as received, with all original tags/labels attached, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change-of-mind or wrong size/fit returns (including under angrerett): You are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked carrier for your protection.
- Faulty, defective, or damaged items (under Forbrukerkjøpsloven warranty/complaint rights): We will cover reasonable return shipping costs. Contact us first with photos/details of the issue so we can approve and provide instructions (we may arrange a prepaid label or reimburse costs).
How to Return an Item

- Pack the item securely and ship it back (use tracked shipping).
- Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within a few business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–14 days, depending on your bank. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items, personalized/custom products, sealed hygiene items (if seal broken), perishable goods, or items listed as non-returnable on the product page.
- Items returned in used/worn condition or without original packaging/tags may be refused or subject to a value reduction deduction (as allowed under Angrerettloven §25).
Defective Items If your item arrives faulty or develops a defect within the legal warranty period (usually 2 years under Forbrukerkjøpsloven), contact us immediately with photos and details. We'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund (including return shipping if applicable) at no extra cost to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
