Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to all countries. Shipping charges for your order will be added depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

Orders with value less than €300,00 within the European Union we charge €9,00.  Orders with higher value we charge flat rate of €19,00.

We charge a flat rate of €29,00 for deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, USA, Canada, and a flat rate of €49,00 to all other countries globally. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TOMSEN Sports is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at fun@tomsensports.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
